Mens Veterans Race - won by Caradon, Falmouth second, Newquay third with a number of Scillies rowers.

Both races were closely fought further back the field and what a great race for the blind crew in Dall Lewyer who had five gigs behind them.

SATURDAY

First Round - St Agnes to St Mary's

Well stunning racing from the Ladies in the first Falmouth A were pushed hard by Charlestown who are looking really impressive. Mounts Bay third, Caradon fourth, Roseland fifth and Falmouth B sixth.

In the Nut Rock race Falmouth A again held first place with Charlestown following in second, Caradon A taking third place.

The mens racing also provided some interesting results in the top group - Mounts Bay A winning both the St Agnes and the first round of the Nut Rock with Par Bay in their new gig Warrior following closely in second. Current champions Caradon A finished fifth in the St Agnes race.

The racing has been blessed with windy conditions, but no rain today.

Here's to great racing tomorrow.

SUNDAY

Third Round - Nut Rock - St Mary's

Great racing today regardless of which heat was racing, some of the closest racing for a number of years. Falmouth continued to hold onto the first place in the ladies, while Roseland A won the mens top heat.

Final - Nut Rock - St Mary's

What a great finish to the racing weekend. Falmouth A held onto the Ladies title, with Charlestown A in second and Roseland A in third.

The mens was one of the closest fought battles of recent years, Caradon A are no longer World Champions, Mounts Bay A have taken the crown with Par Bay A in second and Roseland A in third.

Despite the awful weather forecast, the weather has been great and everyone definitely has some sunburn / tan this evening.
